Re-drill well in width or depth

Especially with old wells, which only very little or no more water promote, the idea of re-drilling is obvious. As part of reactivating a well, this path can lead to "new" water.

It is important to research why the well dried up or dried up. With technically and mechanically caused blockages a re-drilling does not help. Even with more than five years old hammering or driving well, re-drilling is usually no longer worthwhile.

Even if the old well pipe has been pulled out, re-drilling is only promising if a diameter at least ten centimeters larger is drilled out. As a result, the soil compacted during the previous well operation is removed around the well pipe.

In any case, when re-drilling and deepening, the wells must be plumped again to produce and maintain its full capabilities.
