To wall a garage: these costs will come to you

A brick garage offers the great advantage that it can be individually planned and optically adapted to the existing buildings. However, the costs tend to be higher compared to the prefabricated garage. We give you guideline values.

The pros and cons of the brick garage at a glance

The brick garage can be individually adapted to the overall appearance of your property. It offers a cool shelter for your car in summer and has - depending on the blueprint - some storage space on the sides, in an annex or under the roof.

However, there are relatively high extra costs for planning and statics that you can not avoid. The static measurements by a professional are legal obligation. In a prefabricated garage these two items are usually already included in the total price.
