First, will poured the foundation: Lift out of the ground a 300 x 300 cm square with a depth of 30 cm. Make sure that the floor is absolutely flat and the corners and walls are straight, a long level with a spirit level will serve you well.

Then fill the pit exactly to the edge with flowing concrete. You can order this either ready mixed or produce with a concrete mixer, we recommend the first variant. Then the foundation is smoothed out and now has to dry completely for three to four weeks.

Then the pillars are bricked up on the basis of the dimensions in the overview drawing. Of course, the fridge and sink sections can be adjusted in width for existing devices. The wall scheme can be found on the right. A total of 13 layers are to be walled, including upper mortar bed and lower. Then wall the back walls, also with upper and lower mortar bed.

Under the sink and behind the fridge you have to additionally insert two conduits, with the diameter of 12 cm correspond these two stones stacked on each other. Likewise, for the oven, 10 cm below the top edge, you need to wall the stovepipe. It has to protrude 8 cm into the interior to get through the back wall firebrick of the stove.

Install garden oven and grill

Build garden kitchen: steel

To mount the oven, You must first attach another, 11.5 cm wide, 30 cm row of clinker to the right post of the grill / oven part. In 75 cm distance to this "Sims" a second row is stacked, in stone width, 10 cm and also 30 cm height. On this ledge, the height and horizontal of which should be checked again, the 85 x 66 cm rear wall is now fixed vertically with fireclay mortar. The stovepipe is inserted through the intended opening. Be careful not to apply mortar to the down-facing edge - otherwise the worktop will not fit later.

Now follow the side walls, the lid and the door opening. This is used all around with a thin (!) Layer (about 5 mm) of fireclay mortar so that it does not fall out later. In the opening provided for the oven door is then, gas-tight, used with Schammottmörtel the oven door. Check if everything opens and closes smoothly. Then mount the remaining stove pipe pieces by plugging together and, finally, the stovepipe hood. So the outdoor kitchen has a stove for pizza, bread and other goodies.

Install grill

Build garden kitchen: sink

First, screw the two steel corner profiles at the front and back of the grill surface, exactly 60 cm apart. To drill a hole through the corner profiles, with a 5 mm HSS drill 1 cm from the edge. Then a dowel is placed directly from above under the pre-drilled holes in the masonry and screwed with one of the 50 mm-Linsenkopfschrauben.

Than it will be the 15 cm sheet steel folded at both corners by 2.5 cm and placed with dowels directly under the corner profile. Directly flush with the lower edge, the steel angles are bolted to the masonry 4 with 2 screws and dowels each. Here the fire grate is inserted. Exactly 8 cm deeper, the remaining four angles are screwed, here the steel plate is inserted.

For the air supply you provide the 80 x 8 cm sheet and the 75 x 8-cm sheet metal a total of 18 louvers, each 2 cm wide and 6 cm high. In the open state, the sheets must lie flush with the left edge; Use this position to draw the louvers. Saw the louvers on both sheets then best with a Dremel; file any burrs carefully. Make sure that the sheet does not bend. Left and right are then above two 3.5 cm long and 4 mm slots cut into the middle of the plate (see drawing). Then screw the two wooden handles in the middle underneath the slits.

Now the longer of the two sheets at both outer edges is bent 25 mm, provided with two Bochlöchern and bolted flush with the left and right wall of the Grillabteils under the fire sheet metal. Finally, the M4 pan head screws are fitted with two nuts on the back and washers so that the two plates can still be moved, but have minimal play. If you put in the grill now, your grill is ready - the under ventilation guarantees an optimal glowing behavior.

Install sink and refrigerator

The completion of the works the installation of sink and refrigerator Have a sink cut in the worktop in the dimensions of your sink. Through the rear empty pipe, you can lay the fresh and sewer pipes of the sink, for example, with a standard garden hose. These should either be dismantled for winter time or at least emptied.

To the left of the sink vertical with four steel angles screwed the small screen printing plate, then, also with angles, the two plates for storage at a distance of 30 cm. Again, pay attention to the horizontal alignment.

The refrigerator is simply placed in its niche and supplied with electricity. He too should of course do not overwinter outside, but spend the cold season in the garden house or in the basement.
