The processing of synthetic resin plaster is relatively simple

Synthetic resin plaster is considered extremely resistant and flexible. The word flexible applies in the truest sense, as with the resin plaster by far not as fast cracks or holes, as is the case with mineral plasters. Synthetic resin plaster is often used on systems for thermal insulation as a coating or for the coating of finished parts. The plastering agents are usually delivered ready for use, mixing at the construction site is superfluous. This makes the processing very easy.

How to prepare the wall properly

The processing of synthetic resin plaster takes only a few steps. Thanks to the ready-to-use mix, great preparations are not necessary. However, of course, the masonry must also be thoroughly prepared before applying synthetic resin plaster:

  • Cracks or many spots should be repaired with repair mortar.
  • If you apply so-called plaster profiles, you can apply the synthetic resin plaster much easier and more evenly.
  • Do not forget to mix a flush as a primer and apply it to the wall.
  • The flush should have enough time to dry.

Install synthetic resin plaster in a few steps on the wall of the house

You can usually use the synthetic resin plaster immediately. In some cases, it may be useful to mix some water. If in doubt, consult the processing instructions of the respective manufacturer. Also note that the plaster should not be processed at too low temperatures of less than five degrees Celsius. If these conditions are met, you can apply the plaster manually with a trowel, as is done with another plaster method. Subsequently, the synthetic resin plaster is deducted to the respective grain size. On request, you can now rub the surface with a wooden board or a floater and provide the surface with an individual pattern.

Synthetic resin plaster for interior or exterior walls

Synthetic resin plaster is available for both interior and exterior walls. The materials have proven particularly useful in the insulation of exterior walls, which is why they are often used in the field of building renovation. Synthetic resin plaster is also interesting as an alternative to higher quality silicone resin plaster or silicate plaster. After the material has dried out, a very firm layer is formed on the wall, whereby the individual particles form a stable connection with one another. This results in uncomplicated processing and long-term stability.
