Buy plastic slate tiles

Art slate can be an alternative to real slate in many cases - read all about plastic slate tiles here.

Background information

Natural slate is a relatively expensive affair - slate plates made of plastic, whose appearance can hardly be distinguished from the original, offer an enormous cost advantage here. In addition, they can be processed in the same way as slate, and can also be used to cover the roof and façade.

The only problem with this art slate is the low UV resistance - the boards can fade over time. The inherently high durability of the art slate panels is significantly diminished.

As with natural slate, the consumption of art slate panels also depends on the type of installation used. Under certain circumstances, the square meter price may change accordingly.

Artificial slate for weather protection of sensitive facades and for complete systems

Art slate can also be directly connected to a thermal insulation system - here, the art slate tiles are applied to a ventilated facade construction with insulation. For many houses this represents an optimal solution.
