Step 1: Cut wood panels

Cut with the compact saw and the carbide cutting disc from the plywood two 60 cm × 120 cm large plates for the top and bottom of the throwing board from.

The work boards always fasten carefully and secure, so that you can work safely and accurately.

Tip: The plywood for the game should be at most 12 mm thick, so that the individual boards are as light as possible and the finished game can be easily transported.

Step 2: Cut the side pieces

Cut out of the Wooden boards (38mm × 89mm) each four 120cm long side panels too.

Use the compact saw for this purpose with the carbide cutting disc for flush cutting and the beam guiding attachment.

Tip: Place the attachment near the measurement markers. Let approx. 3mm distance between the beam guide attachment and the measuring mark for the removal of the cutting disc. Clamp the attachment firmly. Perform section 1 again. Then turn the board over and cut in the second pass through the entire 38mm × 89mm wooden board.

Step 3: Glue side panels

Cut out of the plywood boards with the compact saw and the carbide cutting disc two 60cm × 120cm plates for the top and bottom of the game.

Tip: Make sure that the 38mm × 89mm wooden boards are aligned flush with the plywood edge before sticking. Fix the 38mm x 89mm side panels and plywood panel with screw clamps while the wood glue is drying. Step 5: Cut holes

Cut with the multifunction device with multi-purpose carbide cutter and a circle cutter a hole with a diameter of 15cm for the throw bag in the game board.

Mark a leadership hole 23cm below the top center on the plywood. Drill the guide hole with the milling cutter.

Mount the circle cutter and adjust it so that the Distance between the cutter and the fulcrum of the attachment 8 cm is. Drill a hole at full speed with the multifunction device to cut a full 360 degree circle around the pivot point.

Tip: For more tips on using the Dremel Trio with Circle Cutter, see in the manufacturer's manual.

Cut for the legs as described in steps 1 and 4 four pieces of 30 cm long from the 38 mm × 89 mm boards.

!! Tip: For greater stability You can mount another 50 cm long 38 mm × 89 mm board over your legs. This is especially useful when attaching the legs with hinges (see step 8). The total height of the legs should be 30 cm. If you attach an additional 38 mm × 89 mm board, you must therefore shorten the legs at the bottom by about 38 mm!

Fix the boards with screws or hinges under the board. We used wood screws for that.

Tip: Attach the legs with hinges, to stow the game space-saving. For more stability, you can also connect the legs to a 30 cm piece of 12 mm chipboard. Use a rod hinge to attach the chipboard to the back of the game boards.
